We don't care which college you went to (or if you went at all). We care about your code, your logic, and your ability to solve problems.
No Micromanagement
We are adults. We set goals, and we smash them. Nobody is going to stand behind your shoulder watching you type.
Remote First
Work from your bed, a cafe, or the Himalayas. As long as you have WiFi and push commits on time, we are cool.
