By accessing or using PalmistryX, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service. Basically, if you use our site, you play by our rules.
02 For Entertainment Only
Please read this carefully: The content provided on PalmistryX is for educational and entertainment purposes only.
Our reports are based on psychology and data, but they should not replace professional advice. Do not make life-altering decisions (like quitting your job or breaking up with your partner) solely based on our test results. We are not responsible for your life choices!
03 Intellectual Property
The content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to the personality algorithm, questions, and design) are owned by PalmistryX and are protected by copyright laws. Please don't copy our hard work.
04 User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service. If you share your password and someone messes up your test results, that's on you.
05 Payments & Refunds
- Premium Reports: Since these are digital goods delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds once the report has been accessed.
- Exceptions: If there is a technical error and you didn't receive your report, email us, and we will fix it immediately.
